Available shipping options and delivery details are confirmed during checkout.
Where do I pay?+
Eligible online products use Stripe’s secure hosted checkout. The HIVE site never stores your card number.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?+
Yes. Use the recipient’s delivery address at Stripe checkout and include any requested gift details when offered.
What if an item arrives damaged?+
Email info@jointhehivemarket.com within seven days with the order details and a photo so we can help.
Can I still visit the HIVE?+
Current store information and hours remain available on the Visit page in the footer.
How do market-day booths work?+
Apply through the vendor page. Booth details, fees and placement are confirmed for each event.
