What to Expect with Your Virtual Hue Method Analysis

You are just a few simple steps away from discovering the colors that naturally enhance your features and elevate your personal style.

1. Book Your Virtual Session

Secure your appointment and complete your purchase to begin the Hue Method™ process.

2. Watch for Your Welcome Email

A member of our team will send you a follow-up email with preparation guidance and a link to your intake form.

3. Complete Your Intake & Submit Photos

Fill out your intake form and upload or email the requested natural-light photos. Clear instructions will be provided to help ensure the most accurate and personalized results.

4. Professional Color Evaluation

Once your materials are received, your certified Hue Method™ analyst will complete your personalized color analysis using the same structured process applied during in-person sessions.

5. Receive Your Personalized Results

Within approximately 7–10 business days (or sooner), you will receive your digital color palette and guidance via email. Your physical color wallet will also be mailed to you.

Your digital palette can be saved on your phone, computer, or tablet — making it easy to reference your most flattering colors whenever you shop, get dressed, or plan future purchases. You will also receive a digital wallet in our Hue Method App to take on the go when you're in your closet or shopping your wow colors!
